Liz Marshall is an award-winning Canadian filmmaker. Since the 1990s, she has written, produced, directed, and filmed diverse international and socially conscious documentaries. Her work has been released theatrically and online, broadcast globally, and has screened for hundreds of grassroots communities around the globe. Marshall’s films explore visionary themes of social, environmental, and animal justice through the viewpoint of strong individuals. Her films include Meat the Future, Midian Farm, The Ghosts In Our Machine, and On The Table. She will introduce the film and participate in a discussion and Q&A after Meat the Future.
