Hayden Dansky (pronouns: they/them/theirs) is a Co-Founder and the current Executive Director of Boulder Food Rescue, a nonprofit that works to create a more just and less wasteful food system through sustainable redistribution of healthy food and working to decrease barriers to access. Boulder Food Rescue has redistributed over 3 million pounds of food since its inception and has worked to build participatory and inclusive programs that enhance resident leadership and give power to communities. Hayden will speak about Boulder Food Rescue during Metro Denver Food Waste Organizations and participate in a discussion and Q&A after Food Fighter.
