Claus Meyer is a world-renowned restaurateur and cookbook author. He has been involved in research, consultancy, and communication activities for more than 25 years and, via his entrepreneurship, has worked to fight misery and promote the opportunities and qualities of Denmark’s culinary heritage.
Besides co-founding and co-owning Noma, which holds two Michelin stars, he has published several cookbooks in his native Denmark and hosted the series “Meyer’s Kitchen” on Danish television and “New Scandinavian Cooking,” which was broadcast on PBS and 50 other countries. He will participate in a discussion after A Taste of Sky.
