Jimmy Seidel earned the nickname “Snarf” in college because of his love for food. He is especially passionate about great sandwiches. He founded Snarf’s Sandwiches in 1996, which currently has 23 locations, and Snarfburger, which has 3 locations. He will participate in the Local Restaurant and the Pandemic discussion and Q&A.
