A James Beard Award semi-finalist, Caroline Glover founded her nationally known restaurant, Annette in 2016. Before launching Annette, she was Sous Chef at the pioneering Spotted Pig gastro-pub in New York City and the acclaimed Denver restaurant Acorn. Caroline is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, and has a passion for gardening and incorporating local organic ingredients in her cooking.
