Susan Renaud works for the City & County of Denver’s Office of Climate Action, Sustainability & Resiliency as the Community Engagement Administrator. She contributes to the office’s circular economy initiatives, manages the City’s business sustainability program, Certifiably Green Denver, and developed and implemented three neighborhood restaurant food waste pilots with grant funding from the Natural Resources Defense Council. She will speak about Certifiably Green Denver initiatives, including its pilot program involving food waste and selected Denver restaurants in Metro Denver Food Waste Organizations.
