Suzanne “Zan”Jones is the Executive Director of Eco-Cycle, the Boulder County non-profit recycler founded in 1976. Jones, a former mayor of the City of Boulder, has a long history of civic service and nonprofit management, including running the regional office of The Wilderness Society where she worked for 16 years. She has made a career of environmental conservation and climate change advocacy. She will moderate the discussion and Q&A after Food Fighter.
